Which parts of Gran Canaria do you have properties in?

We manage homes in El Salobre and Salobre Golf, Maspalomas, Playa del Inglés and San Agustín, in the south of the island; in Arguineguín and Puerto Rico, in the municipality of Mogán; in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital; and in La Pardilla, in Telde, on the east coast.

Most of the villas with a pool and terrace sit around the El Salobre golf course, a few kilometres from the beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras.

How many people do your villas and apartments sleep?

The portfolio runs from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom villas sleeping eight.

Each property page lists the maximum guests, bedrooms, beds and bathrooms, and the listing lets you filter directly by number of guests.

Do all of the properties have a private pool?

Not all of them. Several of our villas and bungalows have a private pool, and the property page says so under its list of features.

If you are specifically after a house with a private pool for particular dates, write to us and we will tell you which ones are free.

Can I book direct, without going through a platform?

Yes. Every property can be booked on our own booking engine, and also by phone or over WhatsApp with our team.

Booking direct, you deal from start to finish with the people who manage the house, with nobody in between.

What is your pet policy?

Only at the properties that say so on their own page, under amenities, and always on request. Supplements may apply.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

It depends on the property. Check-in is from 16:00 everywhere. Check-out is between 10:00 and 11:00 (depending on the property).

If you would like to check in or out earlier or later than usual, you can make a special request when booking.

Bear in mind that special requests cannot be guaranteed. If checking in or out at an unusual time is essential to your travel plans, we recommend you look at the cancellation options before booking.

Which airport is closest to Infinity Summer properties?

The nearest airport is Gran Canaria Airport, easily reached by car and by public transport.

Does Infinity Summer offer airport transfers?

No, we do not offer airport transfers. Our guest services team will, however, advise you on the options for getting to and from Gran Canaria Airport. We can book a taxi on your behalf and we also help with hire car bookings.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment methods include Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Is there a charge for checking in late at an Infinity Summer property?

We do not usually charge for a late check-in as long as it is before 22:00.
