Telde

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria
Gran Canaria changes completely in under an hour of driving: dunes and sun in the south, peaks of almost 2,000 metres in the centre, and a capital city with an urban beach in the north-east. Which is why the area counts for as much as the house.
We manage villas with a private pool, bungalows and apartments across the south of the island, the municipality of Mogán, the capital and Telde, on the east coast. These are houses we manage ourselves, with our own team, and the photographs match the home you will find when you arrive.
The house matters; the area shapes the whole trip. The south is dry and sunny for most of the year, while the north and the midlands take the moisture off the trade winds and often wake up under cloud.
Detached villas with a private pool, terrace and barbecue inside the Salobre Golf resort, in San Bartolomé de Tirajana. It is the quietest part of the south: a golf course on the doorstep and the beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras a few kilometres away. You need a car.
Holiday apartments in the capital, for a city break, a work trip or a few weeks of remote working: Vegueta and Triana, the isthmus, and the three kilometres of urban beach at Las Canteras. It works all twelve months and is the only area in the catalogue where you can do without a car.
Apartments in La Pardilla, a residential neighbourhood of Telde on the east coast, with shops at street level and easy parking. The beaches of Melenara and La Garita are a few minutes away by car, and the airport and Las Palmas de Gran Canaria a quarter of an hour along the GC-1. Handy for short breaks and for anyone who prefers everyday Canarian life to a resort.
Villas with a private pool above the old fishing village of Mogán, with sea views and a few minutes from the coves of Patalavaca and La Verga. Harbour, fresh fish and the Tuesday market, with Puerto Rico and Maspalomas a quarter of an hour away along the motorway.
Apartments right on the avenue in the first resort built in the south, with darker-sand beaches quieter than those of its neighbours and a promenade that reaches Playa del Inglés and the dunes on foot. A comfortable choice for couples and families who want quiet with everything close by.
Bungalows and apartments in the heart of the southern resort area, a step from the Maspalomas dunes and from the island’s largest concentration of nightlife and restaurants. The easiest area to cover on foot: you walk out to dinner and come back to a house with a pool.
In the municipality of Mogán, a valley opening onto the Atlantic with sheltered coves, a marina and one of the best areas on the island for sailing. Its beach, protected by breakwaters, has particularly calm water for anyone travelling with children.
Homes beside the dunes, the lighthouse and the golf courses of the south. The dune nature reserve separates Maspalomas from Playa del Inglés and acts as a buffer: everything the south offers stays close while the surroundings keep their space and quiet. A good fit for families.
A summary of the above, to make the decision easier.

The peaks and the north fall outside our catalogue. They appear here because they are worth knowing about before deciding where to stay.
When to come, where to stay and how to get around: what is worth settling before choosing a house.
